Our accommodations comprise a total of 26 guest rooms with room for 71 people.
Comfortable and cozy Catskills lodging is only a few feet away from your barn wedding venue. Our Homestead Farm Resort offers a lovely cottage and a gorgeous country style motel for on-site accommodations. Your guests can choose to rent one of our rooms and enjoy the area on the following day or they may opt to come before the wedding so they feel rested before the big gala.
Our rooms all considered fully stocked efficiencies, in addition to the availability of towels, bedsheets, irons and hairdryers. There is also a laundry room located on the premise. Each efficiency includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dish ware and silverware. We can also supply some cookware if you or your guests need, just send us a request.
On the grounds of Homestead Farm Resort there is a large swimming pool, tennis courts, bonfire, gazebo, in addition to the main house with lounge, cozy fireplace, and satellite TV. Walking amongst the grounds is peaceful and serene. Plenty of opportunity for photo ops.
Margaretville is close to shopping, antique hunting, a lovely gallery, and many area attractions. Only 3 hours from New York City, Homestead Farm Resort and The Barn Wedding Venue are an excellent choice for a destination wedding.
Six Glorious Rooms in our Catskill Cottage Rental
Our Cottage has 6 rooms (3 on each floor) with a capacity of 18 guests. The lower level, which is still several steps up from the ground, has two rooms that share a porch, and one room with a private porch. The upper level all share a ground floor porch.
➤ Room 21: Accommodates 4 people with 2 full sized beds. Located on the ground floor but several steps up. Shares a porch with room 22.
➤ Room 22: Accommodates 4 people with 2 full sized beds. Located on the ground floor but several steps up. Shares a porch with room 21.
➤ Room 23: Accommodates 2 people with 1 full size bed. Located on the ground floor but several steps up. Has a private porch.
➤ Room 24: Accommodates 4 people with 2 full sized beds. Located on the 2nd floor. Shares a ground floor porch
➤ Room 25: Accommodates 2 people with 1 full sized bed. Located on the 2nd floor. Shares a ground floor porch.
➤ Room 26: Accommodates 2 people with 2 twin sized beds. Located on the 2nd floor. Shares a ground floor porch.
Twenty Fabulous Catskill Farm Motel Rooms
The Farm Motel boasts a total of 20 rooms with various occupancies. Set on our farm grounds, this lovely country style building has the most charming rooms. Rooms have either shared access to the porch, a private porch or a balcony. Like our cottage rooms, these rooms are full efficiencies with the amenities listed above. All our Catskill lodging rooms are available nightly or weekly.
